To maintain items that you assign to your Menu, login to the Ca$h program with the proper credentials and at the System Menu, select the Maintain Items button shown below highlighted in blue.
Now you are on the Maintenance screen for Items that will be on your menu.
One of the Key elements is the Short Description. This can be changed for what is viewed in the Ca$h program but does not change what is in Macola.
