When you open Contacts, the following screen appears.
The screen has the following options:
- Enter the contact name, or a portion of the name to search for.
- Filter By Group - If you wish to limit your search so it only includes members of a specific group, select the group from the drop down.
- Find Contact - Starts search
- Add Contact - Opens the Contact maintenance screen
- Export to Excel - Exports the results of your search to an Excel spreadsheet.
