This is only an issue if the Billing address for the personal card is different that the Company's billing address. There are basically two ways to handle this, the first one being the 'Correct' way, the second way being a work around:
- Recommended Approach - Change the Billing Address on the Order to match the Billing Address of the personal Credit Card. When you create the order the Billing Address will default to the Company's Billing Address. Change it on the Order to match the Card Holder's Billing Address.
- Not Recommended - Turn off the AVS settings at your Credit Card Gateway / Processor. This will allow these types of orders to process with no problem, but will open you up to Credit Card fraud.
