The following Settings are needed for Credit Card Deluxe (System Management | Site Settings)
Setup the Email Settings in System Management | Site Settings
Then populate your Payment Methods with the gateway that you created. For a CC, you will need to have Enable Credit Card checked, Process Credit Card checked, the appropriate payment gateway selected under Credit Card Account, the appropriate Transaction Type is selected (likely Authorize Capture or Authorize Only; there is a Verify Credit Card option present, but it is only used in very specific scenarios that are likely not usable by you), and the Credit Card Terms Code selected.
