7707789 - Update Login and Forgot Password to Support Prospective Client Contacts
New Users without a password now behave as if the User doesn't exist when attempting to Login, request a Forgotten Password, or create a new login to the web site. This was principally an issue when utilizing BRAIN for seeking prospective clients - if your Sales person, for example, created a new contact and populated it with an email address, then later spoke with that client who decided to visit the site, that client would not be allowed to proceed through the login process since the website already had that existing email address within the system. From that client's perspective, the system now appears to treat them as a completely new user but assigns them to the existing contact created by Sales.
