When you receive this message there are a few things to check.
- If you have multiple databases check and make sure the software is pointed to the correct one.
- Does the order exist in Macola?
- Has the order been converted from a quote?
- Make sure it has not been invoiced.
- Are the terms on the order Credit Card?
If you have checked everything above than submit the order to support@birddogsw.com.
Please included the order number, was this order created in BirdDog or Macola, version number of the BirdDog Software and Macola version you are using.
