Troubleshooting Credit Card declines

  1. Verify that we can run a test credit card
  2. Turn off all testing flags (at the Gateway, on the web site, and Merchange Account in DisSys)
  3. Attempt to run a real card
  4. If the real card fails, but is communicating with the Gateway, get on the phone with the Credit Card Gateway.  They should be able to tell you what settings are missing.
