The screen has the following options:
- Contact - Is this an individual outside your organization
- Enterprise User - Is this person going to have rights as an Enterprise User
- Company - Is this record for a company
- First Name - Contact first name
- Middle Name - Contact middle name
- Last Name - Contact last name
- Sex - Contact gender
- Email - Contact e-mail address
- Email Format - Which email format will the user receive, Html or Plain Text
- Web Site - Contact web site
- Salutation - Contact salutation for correspondence
- Title - Contact title
- Phones - Contact phone number
- Phones (n) - Opens contact phones screen to add more phone numbers
- Address - Contact address
- City - Contact city
- State - Contact state
- Postal Code - Contact postal code
- Country - Contact country
- Customer# - Contact customer number if applicable.
- (Add) will open Customer Information screen to add customer.
