The BirdDog Magento Connector monitors your data for updates (add, change, or delete) and sends that to Magento while also monitoring Magento for new orders.
New orders placed on Magento will go through the following workflow:
- New Order is placed on Magento
- Magento Connector downloads Order
- The sales order is invoiced and posted
- Magento Connector notifies Magento that the order has been shipped and uploads any tracking numbers
BirdDog integrations are powered by BirdDog JobMaster, an automation tool that runs the Magento Connector—and other integrations—on a customizable schedule. Each time it runs, the Magento Connector uses the Magento API to transfer data between Magento and your ERP, accounting system, or BirdDog platform.
