Maintaining Credit Cards for Customers


In many instances, customers may want to have multiple cards on account and may wish to provide that information beforehand. Alternately, they may already have several different credit cards assigned to their customer number and want to remove them. This is done by utilizing the following:

  • In Enterprise for Windows, navigate to Maintain | Credit Cards | Customer Card Information.
  • Plugin the Customer Number and TAB or click the Search option to locate a customer.
  • On the ensuing popup add / edit / or delete credit card information as appropriate.
