Currently, Service Pro does not support Avalara AvaTax. Additionally, Service Pro does not support manually setting the sales tax amount on a work order; instead, tax on an order is a calculated amount from their sales tax codes and schedules.
So, if you are licensed for AvaTax with BirdDog, when we upload a sales order to Service Pro, we create a "SALES TAX" item and set the sales tax appropriately. When downloading a new order from Service Pro, we will check to see if the sales tax amount is correct and immediately push up an update if it is not.
