The following procedure assumes the use of multiple modules. If you are not using all of them, work with your consultant to determine the proper procedure.

• Manual PO process
  1. Create Unreleased PO
  2. Release the PO
  3. Execute the PO
  4. Email the PO to your Vendor
• Automated PO process
  1. Run suggested purchases
  2. Run suggested purchases for a Vendor
  3. Release the PO
  4. Execute the PO
  5. Email the PO to your Vendor
• Status inbound POs
• Receive goods
