An individual needs two things to be able to access a BirdDog Ecommerce website and make purchases: a User with proper access permissions and a Customer.
- Create a Customer in your ERP, or on the BirdDog website via Customer Service | Select Customer (see here for more information).
- Create a User on the BirdDog website via System Management | Maintain Users (see here for more information).
- Add the Customer to the new User.
- Grant the new User permission to access the intended areas/functionality of the site on the "Roles" tab of the Maintain Users page.
