Item Location on the Order Line is incorrect

Check to make sure the LocationDetermination setting in your Web.Config is set for the behavior you desire.
If they do not allow customers to edit the location, remove the cboLocation dropdown from the CartForm.aspx page.
Verify that the Location exists.
Verify that the Item Location exists for the Item / Location combination you are expecting.
