11898295 - Vendor Number on PurchaseOrder Should Not Be Editable After Executed

After a Purchase Order is Released, the Vendor could still be changed. This should be illegal, so now, once an Unreleased PO is Released and is then Executed, the Vendor becomes read-only.

11899101 - Apostrophes In Project Names Not Returning Correctly On Inbox Top Label

When you have a timeslip running for a project that has an apostrophe in the name - for example, if the task has doesn't or isn't in the name - when you navigate to /BRAIN/Inbox, the menu label was wrong.

11899191 - Existing QBO Connector Accounts Now Showing As QBD Accounts

In 28.0.19, we removed a Connector Type and did not reset the enum for EAutomate, NetSuite, QuickBooks Desktop, and QuickBooks Online. As a result, existing connector accounts for those environments were not showing the correct information.
